HR Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-today HR administration according to HR procedures & policy
• Escalate more complex/senior level HR issues to Regional HR Manager and support the solution implementation
• In cooperation with payroll service provider, coordinate payroll processing
• Track VAC performance: absence and attrition, performance management, discipline, pay and benefits allocation
• Assist managers with HR issues
• Promote healthy and safe working environment in accordance with Teleperformance Values
• Compile social data to generate and consolidate monthly reports
• At local & regional levels, work with HR & Zone Managers on recruitment process


Qualifications & experience:
• Bachelor degree or plus, majored in Human Resource Management
• Experience: 3 – 5 years related work experience in an international environment
• Knowledge of payroll management and local law
• Experience in handling confidential issues

Skills and abilities:
• Highly organised disposition with strong administrative skills set
• Ability to work in a changing environment and to deal with different personalities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• MS Office (excel)
